Density and Storey Heights
The site is structured into a series of density bands and storey heights. It is envisaged that the higher density areas will be those towards the centre of the site where development may be up to four storeys, whereas the areas around the western fringe of central area are anticipated to be delivered as medium-density. Building heights in these areas would be up to three storeys. The remaining areas of the site are envisaged (unless otherwise allocated for other uses), as coming forward as lower density residential areas, with building heights up to 2.5 storeys.
