Key Aspects of the Masterplan

Four different Character Areas are proposed as part of the Draft Masterplan. Each will have its own distinct identity which is provided by the predominance of particular characteristics including the features of the site, densities, storey heights, boundary treatments, landscape character, external materials and building typologies.

The four Character Areas which this development would be comprised of are described on pages 60 – 64 of the Draft Masterplan.
